 FOSTER CARE is placement for children that have been removed from their parents by the state, it may be a temporary placement or permanent placement and can be a traumatizing event for the child. It is essential that these children are placed in a loving, safe, and healthy home environment while in FOSTER CARE. We have a new take on accountability for the foster care system. To ensure that the needs of the children are never overlooked.

How does our program work?

The 2 INPSURE program philosophy implements a real time check and balance system for the safety and wellbeing of the child.

With ODR management system, case-by-case situations are collected and analyzed for the enforcement of the FS.39 laws.


THE SYSTEM  WELL DESIGNDED

We collaborate and team up with DCF agencies, the assigned case worker, GAL, the foster care parent, and the biological parent, to create a network of safety protocols for the children that are placed with relatives or in foster care by court order .

STRESS RELIEF

Life can often bring on unexpected  stressors. Lack of finances ,bills ,jobs ,relationships, uncertainty, even elevated noise can induce stress or anxiety. Stress uncontrolled can trigger, abuse, neglect, and even suicide.

2 INPSURE though  N2L FAM-ilies provides ,support to Foster parents and caregivers through community churches and organizations that will assist with food baskets, prepared dinners ,family events that will create a sense of belonging for the child and when possible , over see interaction between the biological parents and the caregivers. We provide  step-in  childcare to the caregiver for 2 days, twice a month. (prescheduled by the caregiver ), provided by  DCF approved volunteers or licensed foster care participants.

A CHILD'S VOICE

Children need to freely express their feelings and can be easily influenced or threatened by others , 2 INPSURE  provides play therapy or  an assigned mentor to cases where it may be needed to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the child are monitored and documented by a trained professional at no cost to the parent or the caregiver.

Our Philosophy is..........

* To provide the highest quality of service , with integrity ,and empathy, and compassion to all children and their families in Good Faith .

*That each agency and vendor creates a documented report systems that consistently evaluates it's process, management ,supervisors, caseworkers and staff that the highest quality of service is being provided with integrity, and in Good Faith to the children and families they serve.

*To become unified with local and state agencies and vendors to mandate the laws and statues that governs child welfare across the United  States.

*That all persons who are identified as Mandated reporters , community agencies, physicians, teachers, or vendors, contracted by the Department of Children and Families,   including Foster parents, and care givers, or any person that has knowledge of or suspect a child being abused, abandoned, or neglected, sex trafficked, or molested , must be held accountable for not reporting or making a false report. Which we believe will eventually  cause harm to the child.

*To demonstrate what it means to  stand and operate in Good Faith and with integrity ,to uphold all the laws and statues that govern Child Welfare  in the workplace .

* Support your organization and what it stands for and  " the Whistleblower  "rule  which is a person who exposes any kind of information or activity that is deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct within an organization that is either private or public by encouraging and enforcing the rules , regulation and the due process with peers and staff, management and daily analyzing one self  with the mission of the organization and The Department of Children and Families.

    Volunteer registration

    1. Register as a Volunteer -Support your true mission to be in servitude by becoming an active part of the N2L volunteer department.


    2. Obtain level 1&2 background clearances- The fees are at no cost to you . Results may take 30 to 60 days, you will not be allowed to actively participate until your background receives DCF clearance. 


    3. Become a Volunteer Host Parent- 

    N2L FAMilies is an advocacy that combines a unified process between foster care and the biological parents and local churches and provides a platform for licensed Foster parents to receive monthly relief to help prevent and eliminate stress in the residential environment.

    You will be required to have a minimum of 180 hours of documented volunteer intern service with

     the N2L MINISTRIES  or with any approved agencies that are actively participating in the 2INPSURE Program Philosophy. 

    4. Train to become a licensed Foster Parent- As a licensed sub-contracted agent for the N2L with the state of Florida.  You will have the added advantages of your prior commitment as a  Volunteer HOST, a reliable source of income, and the added support from the 2 INPSURE program initiative. You will now be equipped to provide a Loving, Safe, and Healthy environment for children. THEY DESERVE IT!
